This policy explains how Connect Qadir ("we", "us") handles information when you visit connectqadir.com, use our AI assistant or Project Planner, or email us. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Information we collect
- What you send us. When you email us or send a plan from the Project Planner, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company, website and project details.
- AI assistant messages. When you chat with our assistant, your messages are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate replies. We do not store chat conversations.
- Technical data. Our website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.
The Project Planner runs in your browser and opens your own email app. Nothing you type there is stored on our website. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry and to plan and deliver our services.
- To send project updates and related business communication.
- To keep our website, assistant and email secure and working properly.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to run our business: Cloudflare for website hosting, security and the AI assistant, and Zoho Mail for business email. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
How long we keep information
We keep emails and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We protect information with encrypted connections (HTTPS with HSTS), DNSSEC, secured email with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and access limited to the people who need it. No method is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
